Location: Gauteng, South Africa
We are seeking a skilled Digital Technology Specialist with expertise in utilizing advanced tools such as drones and 3D modeling technologies for building infrastructure condition assessments. The ideal candidate should have experience in using digital technology to conduct precise assessments of building conditions and work effectively within a consulting team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate drones and other digital tools to capture high-resolution data for infrastructure assessments.
Create 3D models, photogrammetry, and virtual walkthroughs for detailed condition analysis.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate technology-driven assessment data.
Prepare digital reports, including visual and technical data representations for clients.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of digital data throughout the assessment process.
Requirements:
Proven experience in using drones, 3D modeling, and digital technologies for building infrastructure assessments.
Technical proficiency in drone operation, data capture, and analysis software.
Drone certificate
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Previous experience in a consulting environment is preferred.
