In South Africa (SA), you will find our products across the region at breakfast, lunch, or dinner. At the gym or on the field. In the office or on the go. Pepsi Co SA employs more than 13, 000 people across our three business divisions: Bakeries, Grains, Foods, Fruit, Snacks, Juice & Beverages.
- Ensuring timeous delivery of goods to the customer.
- Good management of money on routes as per the procedure of the company.
- Good understanding of customer service.
- Ability to identify gaps/opportunities in the local market.
- Balancing Driver’s books – basic knowledge of reconciliation process.
- Being accountable for respective route allocated to the Driver.
- Minimising Driver’s Shorts.
- Liaising with relevant Sales Representative.
- Good Crate Control.
- Matric or NQF3.
- Driver’s License (Code 10) and PDP.
- Good Mathematics skills.
- Good communication skills (preferably at least two Official South African languages, English as One).
- Good understanding of customer service.
