Where will the successful candidate fit in?
We are seeking an experienced ERP/CRM Administrator with proven Zoho One experience to assist in designing, implementing, and supporting our CRM infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho One, possess strong Deluge skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach in providing innovative solutions while paying close attention to detail.

This position requires strong problem-solving skills, process driven, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate business requirements into automated processes. You will play a key role in enhancing user experience and helping our organization deliver world-class service to our clients.


Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Assist in delivering and executing ERP and CRM strategies across the organization.
  • Provide support to internal teams by answering queries and resolving technical issues related to Zoho One and the CRM system.
  • Troubleshooting and identifying software and user errors to optimize the interaction between people and technology.
  • Maintain, update, and manage accurate customer records in the CRM system, including contact details and preferences.
  • Assist with training new hires and in end-user training for new and updated processes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer satisfaction by reviewing processes and collaborating with various departments.
  • Gather and document new and existing business requirements, offering suggestions for solutions that align with best practices.
  • Compile, update, and maintain all supporting documentation, process flowcharts, and training materials for new and updated processes.
  • Provide ERP and CRM support to all departments and identify opportunities for new or updated processes as needed.
  • Work closely with business areas to gather feedback and make recommendations for optimizing CRM and ERP usage.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Zoho One suite of applications and demonstrated proficiency in Deluge scripting.
  • Proven track record as a CRM systems engineer or administrator, with experience in managing and optimizing CRM systems and applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle competing demands across different projects and departments.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks and middleware integration.
  • Experience with chatbot and AI applications.
  • Agile project management experience is a plus.
