Position Overview:
Are you an organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Pro Process seeks a dynamic Sales Administrator to collaborate with our sales and marketing teams, driving operational efficiency and supporting business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Management of schedules, appointments, travel, and filing systems for sales and marketing teams.
- Corporate client vendor portal registrations and maintain customer databasis and CRM systems.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Support sales prposals, quotes, contracts and process sales orders
- Organise sales and marketing events, including logistical coordination.
- Facilitate internal and external communications, meetings and collaborations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Grade 12
- Diploma or higher certificate in administration – Desirable
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoho CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and autonomy
- Strong team player with excellent coordination skills
- Accountable, trustworthy and responsible
