3C Metal Belmet, based in Bellville, Cape Town, is looking for a Graduate Engineering to join our team in 2025.

Project Management and Execution:
- Identify business opportunities, define project requirements with clients, and obtain necessary quotations from suppliers.

Participate in kick-off meetings to determine project scope, evaluate quotes, and verify client orders. -
Coordinate procurement, subcontracting, and site logistics, including supervising material reception and issuing instructions to site teams. -
Oversee project progress, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget, and report to Operations Manager.
- Conduct final inspections, manage invoicing, prepare project documentation, and complete project financial analysis.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, participate in eetings, address requests, and resolve project issues.
- Contribute to QA and Safety systems, ensure compliance with company and legal standards, and coordinate project-specific HSE procedures.
Profile
Knowledge / Qualifications / Experience:
Recruitment
- BEng degree (Mechanical, Mechatronics).
- Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in the field
- Good understanding of Engineering and Oil and Gas related technical requirements
- Technical knowledge of steel fabrication (piping and structural).
