Job description

3C Metal Belmet, based in Bellville, Cape Town, is looking for a Graduate Engineering to join our team in 2025.

Project Management and Execution:

Identify business opportunities, define project requirements with clients, and obtain necessary quotations from suppliers.
Participate in kick-off meetings to determine project scope, evaluate quotes, and verify client orders.
Coordinate procurement, subcontracting, and site logistics, including supervising material reception and issuing instructions to site teams.
Oversee project progress, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget, and report to Operations Manager.

Project Closure and Documentation:

Conduct final inspections, manage invoicing, prepare project documentation, and complete project financial analysis.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain strong communication with clients, participate in eetings, address requests, and resolve project issues.

QHSE Compliance:

Contribute to QA and Safety systems, ensure compliance with company and legal standards, and coordinate project-specific HSE procedures.

Profile

Knowledge / Qualifications / Experience:
Recruitment

BEng degree (Mechanical, Mechatronics).
Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in the field
Good understanding of Engineering and Oil and Gas related technical requirements
Technical knowledge of steel fabrication (piping and structural).
