HOTEL RECEPTIONIST - Boutique Hotel – HOUT BAY
Position available immediately FULL TIME / CONTRACT / PART-TIME
Small boutique hotel seeks an energetic, self-motivated, well-spoken person for our front desk / reception.
Job Requirements:

• Applicant MUST reside already in Cape Town, South Africa. Preferably close to Hout Bay.
• 3 years’ experience as receptionist in a HOTEL
• Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English and Afrikaans
• Experience with hotel reservation software, be familiar with Hotelier
• Computer literacy – Outlook, Excel and Word
• Good telephonic etiquette
• Strong Administration skills
• Strong Customer service ethos

Duties:

• All general Reception / Reservations duties
• Check in / Check out guests
• Greeting and welcoming customers
• Answering telephones
• Taking and booking reservations
• Client liaison
• Office admin
• Adhoc duties as required

Ability to commute- Live in Hout Bay or nearby. Own transport essential.
Shift work, includes night shifts. weekends & Public Holidays.
