Seasonal POSITION Available Novemeber
Busy Hout Bay seaside hotel restaurant seeks an experienced restaurant manager with at least 5 years experience as a restaurant manager.
Requirements:
Applicant MUST already be residing in Cape Town, preferably close to Hout Bay or have OWN transport
Tertiary/hotel/trade qualification
5+ Years management working experience
Computer literate - Excel, Word, Email etc
POS experience, stock management systems
Own transport essential; preferably live close by
Flexible and MUST be able to work night/weekend shifts
Duties to include:
Restaurant Management - manage all aspect of restaurant and bar
Staff - lead, manage, train, motivate, roster, supervise, assess, discipline
Stock - control, manage, order, recon
Operations - Recurring tasks, open, close, stations etc
Reporting - Daily, Weekly, Monthly management reporting
Conference & Banqueting - guest liaison, bookings, manage events-
CRM - Guest interaction, manage complaints, build relationships
Facilities and Hygiene - oversee and manage maintenance

Appropriate attire and grooming Salary depending on experience/qualification
