Offer support through recruitment, performance management and HR administration
Key performance areas but not limited to:
Recruit pro-actively for the operations division as well as head office.
Managing day-to-day HR administration
Manage the performance management process
Any other duties if and when reasonably required
Minimum Diploma / HR Degree
Strong HR background
Minimum of 2 years post experience
High level of communication verbal and written
Intermediate to advanced computer skill
MS Office
MS Excel
MS Word
Valid SA Drivers license
Own vehicle non negotiable
Must be able to travel
