ARB provides a wide range of internationally recognised and SABS approved products across three main categories- Power and instrumentation cables, overhead line equipment and conductors as well as general low voltage product (including lighting).ARB Electrical Wholesalers’ is now proudly represented nationally with a footprint of 24 branches across all nine provinces backed by teams of experts with first-class knowledge in all facets of the electrical solutions landscape, a successful e-commerce platform and a staff complement of over 650 employees servicing Southern Africa.

We are on the hunt for an experienced Internal sales agent in our branch in Kathu in the Northern Cape.
The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
- Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
- Establish relationships with new- and existing customers
- Identifying sales opportunities and market trends
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
- Processing of Sales orders and Quotations, arranging logistics
- Valid Matric certificate
- Minimum Two years sales experience in a similar environment / industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
