The job purpose is to grow the KIC and Academy business by developing the necessary business strategy and driving its implementation. This role will be required to engage customers and promote these products and be responsible for effective forecasting of Order Intake and Revenue. This role will also follow up on all KIC orders and ensure effective stock is kept inline with the provided forecast.
Your tasks
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Develop 5 year strategy for increasing KIC and Academy business with relevant pricing models, Customer offers, FTE requirements and localised manufacturing options
- Prepare Annual budgets for KIC and Academy with forecasts for Order intake and Revenue as well as any necessary Capex and Opex requirements
- Manage KIC stock holding in conjunction with Supply chain team to ensure forecast can be met with product orders and lead times from suppliers
- Manage 3rd party Contractor for effective application trials and on-site management while also aligning with Sales team on product offerings and potential leads
- Develop customer stakeholder mapping and manage the customer relationships with key stakeholders and by chairing regular SPP meetings
- Participate and prepare tenders where KIC products are relevant
- Negotiate contracts for KIC with customer to increase sales while ensuring the best possible profit margin
- Manage overall pricing policies for KIC & Academy to drive strong focus on our GP margins and ensure profitability targets achieved.
- Find opportunities to reduce Cost of goods through alternative suppliers or localisation options
- Increase academy capability in line with customer requirements and local technician development

Your profile
Qualification, Experience- Tertiary qualification, preferably in Sales or Business Administration
- 5 + years work experience in Senior Sales role or Product Owner
- MS Office knowledge
- SAP and CRM knowledge
- Degree in Business Administration
- Knowledge of the Krones portfolio
