Job Description

To support the Advocacy & Stakeholder Engagement team primarily, and the Corporate Citizenship South Africa team where appropriate, to implement programmes, projects and initiatives to enable strategy; achieve minimum standards of service; adhere to governance standards; while continuously improving operational efficiency of the team with clear objectives and established tools.

Coordinate monthly work programme meetings and CCSA Manco meetings.
Coordinate the reporting activities of the team.
Organise parking and access for visitors when it’s an internal and external meetings
Co-ordinate the prioritisation of operational delivery and efficiency initiatives to ensure optimal use of resources and enable the biggest impact on strategic objectives of the team.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners and other stakeholders.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Business Commerce degree or Diploma in Project Management or Administration
Social Sciences qualification will be beneficial

Experience Required

3-5 years' Experience in managing projects to completion to achieve defined business objectives or metrics.
3-5 years' Experience in influencing stakeholders at different levels across a multiple of disciplines to achieve shared outcomes, specifically within a financial services environment.
