Job Description
-As Onboarding Administrator you will provide services as required and your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Adhere to all health and safety practices and requirements.
- Create and maintain Contractor Manpower Management information in SAP for authorised contractor positions and incumbents.
- Ensure document control by adhering to document control policies.
- Ensure effective retrieval of documents for future reference.
- Change and maintain employee details on SAP, such as marriage certificates, incorrect ID numbers, surnames or names, and work permits.
- Upon upload completion, submit accurate and authorised Contractor Manpower forms for new hires, rehires, and terminations to GSS.
- Attend to queries and provide timely feedback to ensure efficient problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Supervisor and co-workers when instructed or during the absence of the responsible person to ensure the achievement of functional objectives while following company policies.
Qualifications
- -Grade 12
- Relevant Office Administration qualification on NQF4
- Project Management course advantageous
- SA Drivers Licence
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in onboarding administration.
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Foundational Project Management knowledge in a Mining/Construction/Engineering environment.
