Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.
• Assist in the execution of key operational works related to sports betting, including, but not limited to, account management, payment processing, customer support, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with various teams to promptly and efficiently resolve operational issues and customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer-raised issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in operational support or a similar role in the sports betting industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Knowledge of sports betting risk management is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Statistics, or a related field is preferable.

Requirements:

• Passion for sports and a solid understanding of sports betting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts.
• Familiarity with sports betting risk management concepts.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Understanding of Spanish or Portuguese is preferable.
