• Educational Leadership: You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring high educational standards, and fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
• Grade 1 Teaching: As a hands-on leader, you will teach Grade 1, bringing learning to life for our youngest students and setting the foundation for their future.
• Community Building: We want a principal who can connect with families, staff, and students, becoming a cornerstone of our school community.
• Vision for Growth: We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for growth, not just academically, but as a school that evolves and serves in meaningful ways.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (or equivalent)
• SACE Registration (or eligibility)
• A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience; prior experience in leadership or management is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
