The Sitari Property Sales team is looking for competent Rental Agent to join the team.
Key responsibilities:
1. New Mandates:
This award-winning property development in the Western Cape, South Africa offers an iconic selection of prestige, premium and luxury apartments, village and country homes, country plots, as well as planned retirement properties, complete with an exclusive Curro School and lifestyle village mall.
The Sitari Property Sales team is looking for competent Rental Agent to join the team.
Key responsibilities:
1. New Mandates:
- Set marketing and prospecting plans for procurement of new properties.
- Actively prospect new landlord mandates.
- Signup new mandates.
- Arrange and execute marketing plans for new mandates.
- Field and filter enquiries and conduct viewings.
- Prepare tenant applications.
- Present landlords with agreements and finalise tenant arrangements.
- Liaise with landlords and tenants as and when required.
- Monitor renewals and liaise with tenants and landlords accordingly.
- Draw up addendums, lease and mandate renewals and present for signature.
- Notify landlords of terminations.
- Arrange and execute marketing plans for terminated leases.
- Field and filter enquiries and hold viewings.
- Prepare tenant applications in line with FICA requirements
- Present landlords with agreements and finalise tenant arrangements.
- During tenancy, liaise between landlords and tenants as and when required.
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Rental Agent.
- Must be registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB).
- Preferably reside in Somerset West or in one of the surrounding suburbs.
