Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Sales and PA Assistant at Rubyyes South Africa located in Woodstock Cape Town.
The Assistant will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, supporting team members, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role will also involve handling customers in store with their purchasing selection, therefore exerience in the ladies boutique sector is important, including sales inquiries,online orders, assisting with social media posts and contributing to the overall success of the brand.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience in ladies boutique or ladies clothing retail sector.
Knowledge of fashion trends and luxury brands
An understanding for ladies fashion.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Computer Skills (manging website)
Social media assistant.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant tertiary education is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R7 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
