About the role
In this role, you will provide vital support to the Business Development team, primarily focusing on Enterprise FM (EFM) opportunities, with the potential to extend to Local FM (LFM) projects. Your responsibilities will include the development, solutioning, and production of tailored bids, ensuring that each proposal meets the unique needs of our clients. Additionally, you may be involved in transition and mobilization management when required.

What you will bring
- Minimum of 3 years in Bid/Proposal Management, with a proven track record in the facility and/or real estate services industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word at an expert level.
- APMP Foundation or Practitioner certification is an advantage.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with best practices in bid and proposal management processes, along with the ability to recommend improvements or modifications to existing practices.
- Understanding of the company’s procedures and processes.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Methodical approach to tasks and projects.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Team-oriented mindset, fostering collaboration and support among colleagues.
What you will be doing
In this role, you will play a key part in our Bid/Proposal process, ensuring the timely submission of compliant tenders and meeting all deadlines and specifications. Your responsibilities will include:
- Bid/Proposal Process (50%): Manage the submission of tenders in accordance with the Sales Process, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
- Administration (40%): Provide essential administrative support to the business and tender teams, including updating the sales tracking platform, developing and maintaining a database of case studies and write-ups, and generating reports as needed.
- Ad Hoc Duties (10%): Handle specific ad hoc projects, manage travel arrangements for select team members, and represent the company at industry or company events.
