Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for dealing with clients via email, in-person and over the phone. This includes providing technical assistance to new customers and taking orders from existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. On the occasion, you will need to be the driver for certain deliveries.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for dealing with clients via email, in-person and over the phone. This includes providing technical assistance to new customers and taking orders from existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. On the occasion, you will need to be the driver for certain deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate automotive oils and lubricants for their vehicles.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Ensure that the shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of automotive oils and lubricants.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
- Communicate with customers via the following channels - telephone, Whats App, email and in-person.
- Greet customers as they enter the shop and provide assistance as needed.
- 5 years + sales experience in the automotive industry.
- 5 years + driving experience.
- Proven experience as a sales consultant, sales representative, or a similar role.
- Proficient in English (Afrikaans or Xhosa as a second language is advantageous).
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to understand and present technical information and solutions.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with a laptop.
- Ability to answer telephone calls.
- Ability to respond to Whats App's and emails to the Company's standards.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle criticism.
- Have a passion for the automotive industry.
