Senior Admin & Placement Manager

Job Title: Remote Senior Admin & Placement Leader
Location: Remote (South Africa)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Remote Senior Administrator / 2IC to deal with referrals to our service and support the Managing Director. This role involves managing and proactively working inbound leads for vacancies throughout our portfolio of care homes, maintaining excellent account management practices and build relationships to enhance the quality of off market leads we can get via relationship nurturing. The role will also be supporting the Managing Director with various operational tasks including HR and reporting functions and other administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard new recruits with contracts and onto our HR portal
Provide references for previous staff when requested
Deal with HR matters that come
Please note no HR experience is necessary. We have a external HR consultants that prepare contracts/advise etc on these matters just the admin / follow ups must be done.

Pay: R19 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & CRM Management:
- Call and manage a list of existing prospects to match with current home vacancies.
- Enter and manage information within a CRM system.
- Assign tasks and follow-ups to regional staff to ensure all leads are effectively managed to arrange meeting for managers at local levels and sometimes join these meetings to ensure delivery.
- Be in charge of vacancies and requirements throughout porflio of homes
- Account Management:
- Maintain organized and detailed accounts and contact details
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders via phone and video calls.
- Ensure all client inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Ensure vacancies mailed out and reaching right people and update database.
- HRRecruitment : Manage our job board and liase with candidates online chat or calls/emails to book appointments for suitable candidates in the relent homes

- Support to Managing Director (2IC):
- Act as a right-hand person to the MD, assisting with daily operations and decision-making.
- Handle spillover duties and manage the MD’s schedule when she is over-subscribed.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and follow up on action items.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and very strong admin skills or a related field that involves being efficient and persistent to a required outcome
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using IT systems and online portals and Microsoft office suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R19 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
