Job Title: .Net Developer

Job Overview:
CWARE is seeking a highly qualified .Net Developer to join our team on a full time basis. This role requires a candidate with a strong academic background from one of the top universities in South Africa, along with a degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in .Net development and will meet specific educational criteria outlined below.
Educational Requirements:
Candidates must possess one of the following degrees from the specified institutions, otherwise, their application will not be considered:

• Degree:
• B.Eng Degree in Computer Engineering,
• B.Eng Degree in Electronic Engineering,
• B.Sc in Computer Science.

• Universities:
• University of Cape Town,
• University of Pretoria,
• University of Stellenbosch,
• University of Johannesburg,
• University of the Witwatersrand,
• University of Kwa Zulu-Natal,
• North-West University.

• Degree Completion Criteria:
• B.Eng in Computer Engineering & Electronic Engineering must be completed within 5 years.
• B.Sc in Computer Science must be completed within 4 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using .Net technologies.
• Work closely with project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Debug and resolve software issues, providing ongoing support for delivered applications.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in .Net development.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
