We have a vacancy for a qualified and experienced Senior Travel Consultant with knowledge conferences / MICE and African Safaris (South & Southern Africa)
Must have extensive knowledge of Southern Africa's parks and reserves –with 5+ years of experience in the travel industry and relevant tourism qualifications. You will be crafting exceptional safari adventures, conference packages, leisure trips, and hotel bookings, ensuring personalized travel advice, and managing seamless travel experiences.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO APPLY : BONA FIDE TOUR OPERATOR/ TRAVEL AGENCY: 5 years (Required)
We value a friendly and helpful demeanor with exceptional customer service skills, fluency in English (and possibly another South African language), and high computer literacy, together with a proven record in sales. The ideal candidate can work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and has strong sales skills and travel booking experience. Being a team player with a proactive approach to self-development is essential.
You must be able to engage with clients to create unforgettable holidays, handle travel inquiries via various channels, and expertly match products/packages to client needs.
