The program will ensure you gain real practical insight into our business, our stakeholders and our customers including communication service providers (CSP) across the globe, and how we integrate end-to-end solutions to ensure everyone worldwide is connected.
Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as an End-to-End Technical Solution Manager (4G LTE / 5G NR and beyond), specializing in mobile telecommunications, particularly 4G/5G Radio Access Networks. In this role, you will provide expertise in products and solutions to support our Sales Department and position Ericsson as a thought and technology leader. You will also ensure that customer feedback is effectively communicated to our Business Unit and Product Development Unit.


What you will do:

• Position Ericsson as technology leader, communicate and discuss Ericsson’s technology strategy and vision with customer
• Provide sales support expertise, conducts in-depth technical discussions with customer
• Provide sales support for specific deals, answer to RFx, propose solutions covering customer requirements and present to Headquarter and Customers
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, ensure the customer vision & strategy including implications on Ericsson’s technology and solutions is communicated to the ones in need at Business Unit and Product Development Unit

You will bring:

• Master’s degree in Mobile Telecommunication Engineering or a related field
• 3-5 years of in-field experience in Technical Pre-sales, Development, or Service Delivery (Post-sales) with a Master's degree in Mobile Telecommunication Engineering
• Domain experience: Expertise in 4G/5G Radio Access Networks, IP, and Cloud technologies
• Thorough knowledge of 4G/5G Radio Access Network
• Strong business understanding
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills
• A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally, with a desire and ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Keen interest to learn new things and to broaden experience
• Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results
• Solid presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in English
