Your journey within the Innovate Program will start as Product Developer at Business Area Networks and RAN Services.


What you will do:
We are looking for a Product Developer to contribute to the development of 5G RAN products at Ericsson R&D Seoul. This role offers an exceptional opportunity through a structured personal development program, featuring international exposure and exclusive mentorship from senior leaders.

• Development of 5G RAN solutions in e NB/g NB for 5G and 5G advanced technology
• Engagement in multiple roles, including Product Leader, System Management, Software Design, and Functional Verification
• Leading technological evolution (and people) in the longer term
• Driving continuous improvements of products and processes
• Collaboration with our global R&D teams
• Utilization of AI Powered tools to enhance software development processes

You will bring:

In addition, we believe you have:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Wireless Communication, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent major
• Knowledge in programming languages
• Ability to develop strategies and prioritize activities
• Passion for identifying new ways of working (continuous improvements)
• Interest in experimentation and innovation with the ability to think creatively and be well adapted to change
• Knowledge of wireless communication, radio networks and AI & Machine Learning
• Experience of SW engineering or development with hands-on programming
• A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally, with a desire and ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Keen interest to learn new things and to broaden experience
• Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results
• Solid presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in English
