Field Marketing Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Marketing Manager to join our team in South Korea. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing field marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and demand generation. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the local market. The Field Marketing Manager will work closely with the regional sales team, global marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies tailored to the South Korean market.
- Align field marketing plans with overall business objectives and sales targets.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage localized marketing campaigns, events, and programs to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to inform campaign strategies, optimization, and tactics.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the Korean sales team to understand their needs and support their efforts through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and leverage global campaigns.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on marketing expenditures and campaign effectiveness.
- Event Management:
- Plan and execute local events, and sponsorships to enhance brand presence and engage with customers.
- Coordinate logistics, promotions, and follow-up activities for events.
- Content Creation:
- Develop localized marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, in collaboration with the content team.
- Ensure all content is culturally relevant and resonates with the target audience.
- Performance Tracking:
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of field marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing performance and outcomes.

Team management:
- Manage a small and newly established field marketing team for the region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing within the South Korean market.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Marketing experience in semiconductor industry is preferred
- Strong understanding of the South Korean market and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools.
- Proficiency in both Korean and English languages.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
