• Billing data base update, Monthly/weekly billing milestone forecast
• Invoice issue and communication with PM/clients if needed, post relevant J/E
• Collection check and post relevant J/E, monthly bank reconciliation
• Billing & collection report maintenance and internal communication for KPIs

• PO control (Check documentations with appropriate approval)
• Control vendor tax invoices and post expenses
• Employee Expense Reimbursement coordination
• Scheduling payment and bank transfer preparation, monthly bank reconciliation

• M/E journal booking and analytical review of Balance Sheet and Profit&Loss
• M/E, Q/E, Y/E closing
• Provide advice to business teams with weekly/monthly management reports

• Year end audit support with audit firm
• VAT & Corporate Income Tax filing/settlement with Tax advisory firm
• Intercompany regular settlement from Transfer Pricing methodology

• Project bill rate set up/maintenance in the system (Budget check, Bill rate check, etc.)
• Prepare cash balance report and submit to the Regional Finance
• Weekly timesheet report maintenance with the Korea/regional team

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance discipline is preferred with 3 ~ 8 years relevant work experience
• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including experience in word, spreadsheets and accounting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and work well with team members and consultants.
• Takes ownership of roles and responsibilities
• Contributes effectively to team results through responsive and flexible behavior
• Business English level and Korean Fluency
