JOB TITLE: Planner_Production
DIVISION: GAP (Gas and Process)
REPORTING TO: Manager_Workshop
LOCATION: Busan, South Korea

[MISSION]

• To make schedule and progress report or projects, follow up the projects’ status and coordinate.
• with production, sourcing, engineering, and quality departments. Constantly optimize process to improve the products quality and working efficiency.
• To plan, execute and monitor critical tasks during LD/HD compressor package production such as drive alignment, test run preparations, test runs and final touch-up.
• This to assure and continuously improve our production/packaging quality and adequate testing before shipment processes and their efficiencies and to execute as workshop staff in daily operation.
• To support the company in “in time” and “in quality” deliveries at contractual delivery date. To support indirect and welfare work for workshop staff.

[KEY RESPONSIBILITY]

• Understand the requirements regarding the compressor packaging and testing.
• Develop the production schedule for packaging and testing.
• Keep schedule updating, analysis and forecast.
• Prepare weekly progress and schedule report to workshop manager.
• Analyze schedule impact of changes and variations to the Scope of Work.
• Interface Coordination and expediting with Engineering, Procurement and Production.
• Load and capacity analysis.
• Prepare hard copy drawings and BOM.
• Follow the process proceeding.
• Update and improve process and working instruction.
• Coordinate with Engineering, sourcing, and QA department in issues (punch, NCR) of materials, design, and quality.
• Support packaging and testing activities with workshop team.
• Perform admin work such as managing canteen condition and consumable items of workshop office.

[REQUIREMENTS]

• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Planner / Scheduler or Project controller for project engineering design, procurement, and construction.
• Experienced user of MS-projects and SAP.
• Have good spoken English, Fluency in Korean language.
• Bachelor’s degree with engineering course background preferred.
• Understanding drawings/diagrams, procedures, and instructions written in English.
• Willing to travel, average <10% of the working time.
