PEAK Wind is looking for an O&M Preparations Project Project Manager to support offshore wind farm development and construction ahead of the operational phase.

Role description
Based in Seoul (South Korean), you will be responsible for operations preparations on one or multiple clients' offshore wind farm(s). You will lead the operations preparations team including OPEX specialists, commercial specialists, and O&M Engineers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operations Preparation Project Manager with a Proactive Attitude
We are looking for an Operations Preparations Project Manager who has a technical university degree and a flair for commercial topics. Alternatively, you have a commercial background paired with an interest in technical matters. You have at least 4-6 years of post-education experience and have demonstrated your project management competencies. Ideally, you have gained experience within offshore wind operations & maintenance. A background from management consulting, large-scale energy infrastructure projects, and/ or roles where you have gained broad experience and a wide skill set from the renewable energy sector would also be relevant.
The perfect candidate has a proactive attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, but more importantly, wants to be part of a motivated team of consultants from different disciplines and parts of the world that work together to ensure high-quality deliverables for international clients. We expect you to be a good communicator and have the ability to work autonomously and in a team. You will be part of a motivated team with colleagues from different disciplines and parts of the world, ensuring high-quality deliverables for our international clients.

Role description
Based in Seoul (South Korean), you will be responsible for operations preparations on one or multiple clients' offshore wind farm(s). You will lead the operations preparations team including OPEX specialists, commercial specialists, and O&M Engineers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking responsibility for project management of the O&M package, including planning, budgeting, and the development of processes from early-stage development towards financial close and then project commissioning in order to facilitate successful operations
- Acting as the O&M interface for all development and construction activities until project hand-over to the Operations team
- Developing and implementing sound strategies for O&M procurement and operator model scenarios including overseeing O&M-related service contract negotiations
- Managing O&M requirements to EPC procurement with support from the global back-office team
- Ensuring the execution of relevant analyses such as O&M concepts, identification of O&M harbours, crew logistics, synergy assessments, and cost drivers for offshore wind O&M
- Managing local stakeholders and driving O&M supply chain development activities
- Developing country-specific solutions for the specific project based on general PEAK Wind best practices
