Who you are

As the Project Leader at IKEA Korea Service Office, you will lead the implementation and launch of the new loyalty solution “Rewards from IKEA Family” for the Korean market. There are many stakeholders within the organization to coordinate, while collaborating with the global digital and Market Support teams to successfully launch and handover the new function to operations. You will also be using your marketing sense to give input on how the contents of the Rewards program, so that it will be a big attracting point to join the IKEA Loyalty program.

  • You have very good understanding of the Korean customer and their expectations on a retail brand’s loyalty program.
  • You are well aware of store operations, RCMP remote and e Commerce sales, co-worker needs, demands and expectations on the markets.
  • You have experience of creating and implementing action plans, leading meetings and delegating and following up on tasks.
  • You have very good knowledge of IKEA processes, Marketing communication channels, Family benefits and member behavior.
  • You have strong communication skills in English & Korean, used to present tasks and influence stakeholders, and can deliver clear, focused and easily understandable messages.
  • You are self-reliant and driven, with the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.

A day in your life with us

In this role your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Set up network of points of contact in all KR units and RCMP, and engage them to support in launching of Rewards.
  • Coordinate and execute work packages, according to global guidelines, engaging all stakeholders to contribute with their expertise.
  • Inform, train and manage change for all co-workers, and prepare them to work with Rewards in their daily operations.
  • Work within the Marketing team to drive the launch campaign and commercial activities at all CMP to make a significant commercial impact.
  • Ensure that the Rewards concept’s Look and Feel is implemented in the market across all channels, properly translated into Korean.
  • Work with the global Change Management Lead to plan the key milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure that all key stakeholders are kept informed and have the opportunity to give input on key decisions at a country level.
  • Be responsible for collecting and documenting learnings to feedback to the global launch team.
