• Lead project cargo business development, management, procurement, and solution strategies.
• Oversee Marine Chartering, exploring part/full charter options for Break Bulk, RORO, and OOG cargoes.
• Drive local and global project initiatives by collaborating with overseas colleagues.
• Manage operations for BBK/RORO shipments, including local handling, port operations, and vessel loading.
• Ensure customer requirements by liaising with carriers and suppliers, addressing cost, quality, logistics, and delivery needs.
• Spearhead marketing, sales, and bidding document preparation to support project growth.

• Proven experience in project cargo management and Marine Chartering.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team support and project training.
• Proficiency in risk management control, especially for large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with project solutions, including EHS and risk management training.
• Strategic mindset to build and manage a project pipeline for the Korean market, supporting global and field sales teams.
