The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is looking for a Sales Coordinator / Delphi Operator who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. We are looking for a candidate that is organized, driven, and who possesses exceptional communication skills. This position reports to the Director of Sales.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to our work environment with a positive and friendly attitude
• Develop and conduct site inspections
• Assist in the preparation of new sales and marketing activities
• Coordinate meetings, field inquiries, and assist managers with sales calls
• Manage production and distribution of collateral
• Listen and communicated effectively and use selling strategies to close sales
• Update account records on a regular basis

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• College degree preferably specializing in hotel management
• A solid knowledge of hotel operations, especially in sales
• Ability to operate computer systems, including Delphi
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

Visa Requirements

• Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea.
