This position reports into [Selfcare BU Science Information Detailing (SID) Manager] and is based at [Seoul, South Korea].

What You Will Do
The OTC Pharmacy Detailing Expert is responsible for [Detailing activities for Selfcare Brands (3 OTC brads in Selfcare BU) mainly to pharmacies in the metropolitan area, based on the process and results of the work, we will create a model to increase Healthcare Professionals’ scientific knowledge and product recommendation of Kenvue Selfcare brands. Through qualified detailing activities and scientific seminars, Kenvue SID team will develop strong HCP engagement and increase product recommendation from HCP for Kenvue Selfcare’s long-term growth. This role will be in charge of supporting Science Marketing function and this will be the position to engage Healthcare Professional communications aligned with long-term brand strategy, marketing campaign and commercial BU’s Go To Market development strategy. This position will play a pivotal role in Selfcare science marketing activation toward to the Healthcare professionals, various customers and consumers externally and also work with internal R&D, Medical and commercial team. To develop science-based marketing materials and HCP engagement program, this position will support long-term Self-care science marketing direction and strengthen HCP engagement for Self-care brands with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

• Maximize qualified product detailing and in-store merchandising activities in pharmacies

• Develop key speaker group of HCP based on best practice case development and enhancing science knowledge sharing

• Conduct product seminars with HCP with key accounts and regional pharmacy group and pharmacist association

• Lead pharmacists congress and academic events

• Maximize brand communications and campaign execution and exposure at major accounts working with commercial team closely

• Lead Perfect Pharmacy Execution Project

• Support for Science Marketing activities & Consumer Research

• Participate product detailing program development with Selfcare Science Marketing manager aligned with brand plan & HCP engagement plan

• Analyze un-met needs of HCP toward Kenvue Self-care brands and category to define development area to strengthen HCP engagement for product recommendation & prescription

• Conduct HCP and customer /market research with brand marketing team to find new opportunity area and assess the size of prize

• Lead various HCP engagement plan partnering with commercial BU and regional cross-functional teams

• Develop business growth strategy and gain cross-functional alignment to develop innovative and achievable HCP engagement plans

Key Responsibilities (주요 업무)

• 약국에서의 심층 디테일링 : 질환, 최신치료 가이드, 치료제, 임상 레퍼런스, 자사 제품의 정보를 전달함

• 과학에 기반한 질환 및 제품 디테일링 컨텐츠 개발을 지원함

• 환자에 대한 이해 및 환자 대상 복약지도 물품지원 밀 제품 진열 활동 지원함

• 중장기적 브랜드 전략에 기반한 제품 디테일링을 통해 켄뷰 셀프케어 브랜드의 인지도 및 제품 추천을 강화함

• 심포지엄, 세미나 등 다양한 학술활동을 지원 혹은 진행함

• Perfect Pharmacy 프로젝트 실행을 주도함

• 제품 추천 및 처방을 위한 HCP 참여를 강화하기 위한 개발 영역을 정의하기 위해 J&J 셀프 케어 브랜드 및 카테고리에 대한 HCP의 미충족 요구 분석함
• 브랜드 마케팅 팀과 함께 HCP 및 고객/시장 조사를 수행하여 새로운 기회 영역을 찾고 상금 규모를 평가함
• 상업용 BU 및 지역 교차 기능 팀과 제휴하여 다양한 HCP 참여 계획 주도함
• 비즈니스 성장 전략을 개발하고 기능 간 조정을 통해 혁신적이고 달성 가능한 HCP 참여 계획을 개발함

What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications

• Pharmacist license or expected to obtain a pharmacist license (expected to graduate from pharmacy university in February 2025)

• Basic understanding of business development & marketing

• Major relating with Biology/Chemical/Physiology & Pharmacology preferred

• Good communication & negotiation skill

• Good inter-personal relationship

• Proactive & positive & innovative mind

• English communication (Writing & Oral) ability

• MS Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word) proficiency
