Sr. Account Manager – OTC Wholesales Team
OTC Wholesales Management activities for Wholesales in Korea (전국 지역 제약 도매상 대상의 일반의약품 브랜드 영업 활동)
This position reports into [Selfcare BU - Sr. Group Account Manager] and is based at [Seoul metropolitan area, South Korea].
이 포지션은 켄뷰 셀프케어 사업부의 일반의약품 타이레놀, 니코레트, 로게인 브랜드의 도매상 대상 영업 활동을 담당합니다. 해당 팀 매니저에게 보고하며 전국 지역을 대상으로 활동합니다.

1. Position: Sr. Account Manager – OTC Wholesales Team
2. Location: Seoul

3. Status: Regular

[Summary]
  • Sales growth activities, process management, goal achievement, analysis of results, and alternative arrangements for Tylenol, Nicorette, and Rogaine sales representatives
  • Product training for general wholesale sales representatives for the above products and activities to increase consumer exposure in pharmacies
  • Analysis of the sales status of the company's OTC products and establishment and progress of strategies to increase pharmacy sales
  • Conducting sales management such as credit management and collection of wholesale customers

[Responsibilities]
  • Engage various customers in wholesales channel for OTC products distribution and promotion
  • Business analysis and maximize business opportunity with partner in wholesales channel
  • Business development & execution in cooperation with various stakeholders and customers
  • Ensure sales activities under national and company regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Implement specific sales event or project by developing field sales action plan at wholesales channel for Kenvue Consumer Selfcare brands
  • Plan monthly activity and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improve sales activities and commercial excellence
  • Work closely related function to implement annual/quarterly sales plan and necessary changes required to achieve objectives
  • Conduct product seminars with HCP with key accounts and regional pharmacy group and pharmacist association
  • Develop business growth strategy and gain cross-functional alignment to develop innovative and achievable HCP engagement plans


[Requirements]
  • Bachelor’s degrees or above
  • +3 ~ 10 years of sales & marketing experience in OTC sector and Wholesales/ Direct management or Product Marketing experience is preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  • Basic understanding of business development & marketing
  • Good communication & negotiation skill
  • Good inter-personal relationship
  • Proactive & positive & innovative mind
  • English communication (Writing & Oral) ability
  • MS Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word) proficiency

  • 비즈니스 분석 및 도매 채널 파트너와의 비즈니스 기회 극대화
  • 다양한 이해관계자 및 고객과 협력하는 비즈니스 개발 및 실행
  • 정부 및 회사 규정, 정책 및 절차에 따른 영업 활동 보장
  • 켄뷰 소비자 셀프 케어 브랜드를 위한 도매 채널의 현장 판매 실행 계획을 개발하여 특정 판매 이벤트 또는 프로젝트 구현
  • 월별 활동 계획 및 판매 데이터 분석을 통해 판매 활동 및 상업적 우수성 개선 기회 파악
  • 밀접한 관련 기능을 활용하여 연간/분기별 판매 계획과 목표 달성에 필요한 변경 사항 구현
  • 주요 계정 및 지역 약국 그룹 및 약사 협회와 함께 HCP와 함께 제품 세미나 진행
  • 비즈니스 성장 전략을 개발하고 기능 간 조정을 통해 혁신적이고 달성 가능한 HCP 참여 계획 개발

[Requirements]
  • 학사 학위 이상
  • OTC 부문에서 +3 ~ 10년간 영업 및 마케팅 경력, 도매/약국 직거래 관리 또는 제품 마케팅 경력 선호
  • 우수한 분석, 문제 해결 및 프로젝트 관리 기술
  • 비즈니스 개발 및 마케팅에 대한 기본 이해
  • 훌륭한 커뮤니케이션 및 협상 기술
  • 좋은 대인 관계
  • 적극적이고 긍정적이며 혁신적인 마인드
  • 영어 커뮤니케이션 (쓰기 및 구두) 기능
  • MS Office 기술(Excel, PPT, Word) 숙련자
