As the Marketing Manager, Korea, HNC, you’ll be responsible for cross-segment marketing activities across our 5 HNC (Health, Nutrition and Care) segments - Early Life Nutrition, Dietary Supplements, Pharma, Nutrition Improvement and Medical Nutrition, in Korea. You will provide support to the business in increasing the commercialization of projects and in achieving our sales and profitability targets. You will partner closely with the account managers to enable solution selling to our customers. You will also support in scientific marketing activities, providing strong scientific support and engaging and managing relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).

Your key responsibilities
- Work with global and regional stakeholders on product marketing of products across all segments and translating materials to meet local customer and market needs
- Provide business insights and support the business with timely and relevant market insights
- Lead and drive marketing communication and branding activities for HNC Korea
- Responsible for all external and internal digital communication channels
- Support the segments in their health benefit strategies and new concept generation by clearly articulating the needs of customers in Korea and translating global and regional material to meet local needs
- Lead, manage and coach the local marketing team
- Partner with Regulatory Affairs in novel food registrations and health claim applications in Korea
- Responsible for engagement and relationship management with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Korea
- Build a close partnership and regular communication with relevant local industry associations and represent dsm-firmenich at nutritional conferences
- In partnership with the Regional Science, Translation and Advocacy (STA) team, provide the translation of science at discussions with customers
- Work closely with the Regional STA team to establish a media risk management system in Korea, providing timely and relevant scientific and academic support in response to nutrition or dietary supplement related media risks
You bring
- Masters / PHD in Nutrition or Pharmaceutical Science
- 8 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
- A sound understanding of Dietary Supplement and Pharma industry in Korea
- Good network of industry partners and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) from the Nutrition industry
- Experience in translating scientific information to marketing campaigns and solutions
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Good Command of English
