JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Degree Holder in Accountancy or business related disciplines;
  Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or Accountancy or any related disciplines is preferred;
• 3 - 4 years’ experience in CPA firms or multinational companies;
  At least 3 years of solid experience in payroll calculation;
• Sound knowledge of international accounting and banking practices;
  Well-versed in local country employment ordinances, tax practices and pension and related ordinances
• Good command of written and spoken English and Korean;
• Pursuing or qualified in Local professional examinations.

• May delegate to junior staff, with clear explanation
• Understands own motivation and impact of personal attitude on own performance
