Lunit (Volpara's parent company) is a medical AI software company devoted to providing AI-powered total cancer care. Our AI solutions help discover cancer and predict cancer treatment outcomes, achieving timely and individually tailored cancer treatment.


With Lunit's explosive business growth and expansion of global market development, the time has come for more thorough legal scrutiny both domestically and internationally. As a result, we are looking for lawyers from the U.S. drafting and reviewing US contracts in English is an essential requirement.


What you will be doing:

• Preparing and reviewing legal documents (contracts, etc.)
• Providing legal, regulatory, and compliance advice
• Responding to legal dispute issues and strategizing
• Various other legal/compliance related work.

What you will bring to the role:
Required

• Licensed in the United States (preferably in California or New York, but other states will be considered).
• 6 to 10 years of legal experience
• Fluent in both Korean and English
• Understanding of the medical industry and having a strong interest in diagnosis medicine and artificial intelligence

Preferred

• Experience in litigation or in large law firms
• Intellectual property (IP) work experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or IT companies.
