About the location:
Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is located in the heart of Seoul, offering world-class customized services and sophisticated features based on its craft and expertise. The Hotel, standing tall with 29 glittering stories, is meant to look like an ancient Korean palace of old, but stylized and brought into the 21st century. Classic Korean nature motifs and modern aesthetics adorn the décor, reflecting the surrounding mountain backdrop and views of Gyeongbokgung and Changdeokgung Palaces. The Hotel features 8 distinct restaurants and bars, including award-winning Yu Yuan and the secret speakeasy Charles H., ranked as the Best Bar in Korea and one of the Asia's 50 Best Bars. The rest of the hotel is equally stunning with the works of over 130 Korean artists featured throughout the establishment. The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is looking for a Social media & Content Creative Assistant Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. We are looking for a candidate that is dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests. This position reports to the Director of Public Relations and Communications.
Education
A university or college degree in marketing communications or equivalent experience in public relations or marketing communication
Experience
- A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social media, content creation, Marketing Communication/ PR.
- Experience with social media platforms, consumer engagement, and a strong awareness of the digital world, with a good sense of emerging social trends.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written in English and Korean) presentation skills, a strong sense of quality, creative mindset, partnership and analytic skills.
- A pro-active and inquisitive mindset to develop problem-solving, decision making, conflict resolution and strategic thinking mindset.
- Proven relationships with media, community and business contacts that have delivered demonstrable results, and the personality to maximize these contacts
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with peers, superiors, partners and media.
- Demonstrate knowledge of mobile, emerging and social media appliances
- Proven knowledge of graphic arts design and production in collateral including photo and video editing.
- Ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities.
- Ability to manage third-party agencies, partners and vendors.
- Attention to detail, planning and organizing
- A motivated & self-starter individual, with a strong marketing sensibility and staying up to date on business trends.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media networks and related monitoring tools, Google Analytics (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Naver, Kakao, Tripadvisor etc.)
Desired Skills
Responsible for developing, generating and executing awareness of the hotel and key offerings through digital presence including but not limited to all forms of social media and communication. Manage Online reputation according to the market positioning , aligning with corporate brand identity and distribution guidelines. Work closely with the DOPR, DOM, and DOFB to contribute to the development of overall Digital Marketing plan.
Social Media Management
- Manage hotel social media channels (IG, FB, Kakao...etc.), curating relevant and engaging content that showcases Brand DNA and FS playbook.
- Create and implement strategies to increase followers and engagement across all social media accounts, aligning with and achieving the commercial scorecard goals.
- Develop initiatives and creative social media campaigns adhering to brand guidelines
Content Creation and Curation
- Collaborate with the R&B Marketing Manager to expand social media audiences and engagement.
- Work closely with each hotel department to identify and produce content opportunities and have a presence at relevant events.
- Plan, provide creative direction, and oversee photo and video shoots with professional photographers, along with promotional and special events.
- Create social media content, including text, photography, and video, two weeks in advance, with a focus on mobile platforms such as Reels.
Strategy and Evaluation
- Leverage social media channels to amplify key messages and activities.
- Illustrate the impact of a strategic social presence through effective monitoring and evaluation tools.
- Maximize the tools of Olapic and Sprout to mine great content and ensure efficiency.
- Maximize the use of Trackkr to host qualified KOLs, achieving optimal results in both visual assets and target audience influence.
- Track social media progress and efforts.
- Analyze data from social media ads, website analytics, and C360 to report on social media performance every month.
Community Engagement and Monitoring
- Monitor social media conversations relevant to the industry, luxury market, and local events.
- Plan and coordinate digital media, blogger, and influencer visits, utilizing user-generated content effectively and creating eye-catching content through collaboration with them.
Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate hotel participation in corporate global social media campaigns.
- Follow the F&B toolkit (Social, Playbook) to ensure maximum online exposure for focus outlets.
- Create and implement social media content and engagement strategies to support hotel marketing campaigns.
OTHERS
- Responsible for monitoring and engaging with public review forums such as Revinate, Google, Trip Advisor, and Naver.Responsible for monitoring and engaging with public review forums such as Revinate, Google, Trip Advisor, and Naver.
- Support DOPR and PR & Digital Marketing Manager in ensuring up-to-date information on the hotel’s websites, all partners, third-party websites including but not limited to OTAs, Wholesale partners, Virtuoso, Amex FHR, Google, Naver, Trip Advisor, Cvent etc.
- Work closely with the Sales team, create content and copy for key communication channels such as website, e-newsletters, B2B channels and all Four Seasons Platforms.
- Support Sales, Catering, and Reservations with presentations and collateral, ensuring all proposal messaging and content align with brand guidelines and hotel positioning.
- Ensure video and photography meets Four Season Film Academy and Photography guidelines
- Maintain image library and Press Room to ensure the best representation of the hotel.
- Oversees all hotel promotional materials including print, digital, advertising assets and guest-facing collateral.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by DOM or DOPR
- Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Be a brand ambassador to Four Seasons Hotel Soul at all times, both in and out of the hotel and on personal social media accounts
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power Power, Excel Graphs etc
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrated strong partnering skills and analytical skills.
- Photography and video skills.
- Demonstrated strong marketing sensibility and staying up to date on on-line trends.
- Computer savvy with Microsoft office.

Visa Requirements
