We are now looking for a new Specialist Customer Service to be based in our Seoul Showroom to assist our sales team in order processing and deal directly with clients. Eventually, to support our growing business in South Korea.

Job description:
Your main responsibilities include:
Coordination with sales team and clients in South Korea, as well as other colleagues in Asia and Denmark, to ensure completion of orders and delivery on time: Issue quotation, place order and follow up payment, delivery and invoicing, etc.
Customer handling via telephone or electronically.
Data inputs and updates timely in the ERP system
Supporting on fire testing and logistics issue in Korea.
Handling and resolving customer complaints if there is.
Sample management in the showroom.
Office and showroom daily maintenance.
Support finance regarding E-tax and payment, etc.
Assistance on project management/engaging with contractors, when needed.
Providing clerical and admin support to local team.

Your profile:
Above 1 years working experience as customer service or order process related experience in international company, with hands-on ERP system.
Structured and well organized, positive and proactive.
Honest, patient, detail-oriented, open-minded with a strong customer focus.
A strong sense of responsibility and a great passion for your work and art.
Flexible and willing to learn.
Able to work independently, but also a great team player.
Passion for design and art will be a big plus.

Knowledge and Skills required:
Bachelor degree or above.
Native Korean speaker.
Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
Good at office software (Microsoft)
