Responsibilities of the position:
- Negotiate with the company's collective bargaining agreements.
- Responsible for the company before the Ministry of Labour and supervisory bodies,
- Negotiate labour disputes: strikes, stoppages, as well as the appropriate mediations in courts.
- Reviewing employment contracts, contractual novations.
- Labour audits.
- Disciplinary sanctions and dismissals.
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
