Role Overview:

As People Partner you act as a strategic internal partner to our managers and partner as well with our employees for your responsible region (Spain). In your role, you provide support with your local expertise, advise, coach and contribute your experience and knowledge in line with our ambition to become a true leader in software and payments solutions.

What you will do:

Built trustful relationships with managers and employees and act as a sparring partner in all matters relating to operational and strategic HR work.
Supporting employees throughout the entire employee life cycle.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Implementation of global and central HR measures, policies and processes at local level, taking into account legal, employment contract and personnel requirements.
Ensure that HR processes and methodologies are correctly communicated, known and applied.
Deal with disciplinary matters, such as warnings, redundancies and similar matters.
Close cooperation with other local HR teams, global HR and central HR Services.

Who you are:

5 years of proven experience as an HR administrator/generalist or relevant human resources position.
Knowledge of local labour laws in Spain.
Experience with HRIS / ATS. Previous experience in Workday is a plus.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Proactive and creative, keen to propose solutions.
Team player.
