About BESTSELLER BESTSELLER is an international, family-owned fashion company with a strong foundation. With a range of more than 20 individual fashion brands,BESTSELLER provides fashion clothing and accessories for women, men, teenagers and children. Products are marketed and sold under a variety of brands such as JACK & JONES, JJXX, JACQUELINE DE YONG, LIL ATELIER, NAME IT, NOISY MAY, OBJECT, ONLY, ONLY & SONS, PIECES, SELECTED, VERO MODA, VILA CLOTHES and Y.A.S.
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential!
Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements:
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field Fluent in English Successful previous experience as a Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process
Commercial experience in fashion and in the wholesale channel
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Great leadership skills are also a bonus as you'll need to be able to inspire and motivate lots of people.
Other skills that will be to your advantage are:
The ability to work under pressure
Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility
Planning and organisational skills.
