Scrum Master - French projects at Agile Delivery Center

The Agile Delivery Center Spain @ Capgemini still growing thanks to new and innovative international projects from our important customers who place their trust in us every day. We are an Agile Delivery center based in Valencia and Murcia. We work with large international clients in innovative application development projects, following a distributed agile model for all Europe.
We're looking for Agilists with at least 4 years of experience in software development projects, with fluent French , very passionate in technology and interested to be involved in a high-tech talent ecosystem, multicultural environment, and in an active and dynamic and open-minded culture.
YOUR ROLE
The Scrum Master ensures that the Scrum team primary focus is on delivering value effectively. To achieve this, the team embodies the Agile values and principles, exhibits Agile behaviors and follows the events, artifacts, roles and good practices of Scrum and other frameworks as they are applicable to their situation. They are a Servant Leader, guiding, coaching and teaching team members. They are a liaison between the Scrum team and people or teams outside the Scrum team.

YOUR PROFILE
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills; fluent in French both written and spoken is required
- Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
YOUR TASKS
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
- Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
