The Alleima Legal department consists of three sub-functions: Legal Support, Compliance, and Patents. Within Legal Support, our mission is to provide timely legal advice to ensure proportionate legal risk exposure throughout all of Alleima’s business operations. About the job
As a Legal Counsel, you play a crucial role in providing legal advice to the entire Alleima organization across multiple functions and jurisdictions. Your main focus will be corporate and commercial matters including drafting, reviewing, and managing different legal documents. You will work closely with the Sales, Purchasing, R&D, and IT functions, but you may also handle legal matters throughout the entire Alleima group.
Examples of work tasks are:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of agreements such as supply, purchasing, and cooperation agreements for our different business units and functions.
• Providing legal support in M&A projects.
• Monitoring and identifying new legislation as well as assisting in the implementation of such.
• Handling legal disputes and providing strategic advice on litigation matters.
• Collaborating with external legal counsel when necessary.

Your Profile
We are seeking someone with a Swedish law degree and at least 5 years of previous work experience in a similar field. Experience in drafting and negotiating agreements is advantageous, as is an interest in various fields of law and diverse tasks. As we operate in a global environment, excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written, are essential.
