Business Developer eCommerce DACH

- Identify and pursue new e Commerce business opportunities within the DACH region and occasionally across broader Europe.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and industry trends.
- Develop and implement own strategies to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Effectively track sales activities and manage pipelines using Salesforce
- Work closely with internal teams, including product, operations, and customer support, to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet merchant needs.
- Coordinate with these teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new merchants.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Experience: Proven track record in business development, with a strong focus on new business acquisition. Experience in e Commerce and payment solutions is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Self-Starter: Proactive, results-oriented with a strong hunter mentality and a drive to succeed. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of the e Commerce landscape, including market trends and competitor activities is preferable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess market opportunities and performance metrics.
- Networking: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
