About the team
Customer Care team is responsible of ensuring consumers have the best possible support, either proactively (by changing processes and products) or reactively (when consumers contact our Contact Center, located in Portugal).
On Intelligence and Performance stream, we monitor all ongoing actions and guarantee optimal results, by creating action plans and developing new initiatives/tools when required.
Who we’re looking for:
- Available from February to August 2025
- Currently studying for your Master/bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or Business Analytics
- High analytic « spirit », ability to concretely design and simplify existing processes
- Experience in collection, analysis, and evaluation of consumer data
- Interested in customer care experience and insights
- Fluent in one of the national languages and English, (German is a plus)
Roles & Objectives
The Customer care team has launched several initiatives that aim at insuring the best consumer journey for all our adult reduced-risk product consumers. The role of the Intern would involve active contribution to a broad variety of operational tasks, including analytics, development and review of customer care channels and support to performance monitoring.
The Intern will also gain experience in project management tasks and have the opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary team and environment, having contacts with a broader team including marketing, consumer journey, data & analytics and consumer retention.
