CUSTOMER ACTIVATION ANALYST (all genders)

Position Overview

As Customer Activation Analyst (all genders) is to support the Customer Activation Manager CH (all genders) in executional tasks regarding customer specific activities and merchandising to jointly create the right solutions and execution for the respective customers. You will also analyze data, create instore materials and coding processes for material order or display configuration.

Moreover, you will be accountable for the coordination of merchandise and handling of external suppliers.

We are looking for someone with strong drive for results, standing alone and project management skills as well as someone passionate about our industry and brands and driving strong impact into the markets for Mars and the retailers.

• Develop and implement branded merchandising.
  
• Focus on identifying and distributing branded merchandise in support of product/brand marketing campaigns and tactics.
  
• Data preparation and analysis to support performance assessment of initiatives.
  
• Process owner of pack material order and coding.
  
• Execution of activations.
  

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in economics or similar education
  
• 1-2 years of professional experience in Customer/Trade Marketing, Sales or Marketing, preferably in the FMCG area
  
• Experienced in managing suppliers / merchandisers / field sales
  
• A high degree of action orientation and a focus on results
  
• An open-minded personality who is eager to learn and develop
  
• Fluent in German and English
  

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Focus on identifying, ordering, and distributing branded merchandise internally and externally in support of product / brand marketing campaigns and tactics
  
• Partnering with Marketing and Sales to identify appropriate merchandise, logo, quantity, etc.
  
• Procuring required items internally or through external suppliers, managing supplier cost/quality/timing
  
• Coordinating distribution of branded merchandise with external suppliers as part of product packaging, in-store retail displays, conference/congress events, employee gatherings, etc.
