Sales Support Expert (all genders)

Full-time (40 hours/week), permanent employment contract
Place of work: Baar (hybrid with 50% home office option)


The role of Sales Support Expert (all genders) is a hybrid role between team support and independent customer responsibility and is an ideal entry into key account management at Mars.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent
  
• Availability to travel 15% of the time (mainly within Switzerland)
  
• Valid driver's license and clean driver's license record
  
• Open personality, team player
  
• Willingness and intrinsic drive to learn new things
  
• Strong communication skills, English is a must, German a plus
  

What will be your key responsibilities?

The role of the Sales Support Expert (all genders) is to support the entire sales team in the following areas:

• Preparation of customer appointments
  
• Activity and promotion planning
  
• Creation and maintenance of our price lists
  
• Creation of customer-specific data sheets
  
• Contact person for customers for various inquiries and internal coordination
  
• Coordination of trade fairs
  
• Key user activity for different systems
  

In addition, the responsibility for selected customers of Mars Switzerland is assumed. This task comprises around 50% of the work.
