The position is offered on a Hybrid working basis with travel to our Barr office as required.

• You will ensure that all administrative tasks are completed on time and in a service-oriented manner
• You take care of complaint and escalation management in cooperation with our Customer Service Team and our European contact centers
• You coordinate and monitor incoming support requests and ensure that they are processed efficiently
• You are responsible for the billing of Service Partners and ensure that this is done punctually and correctly; in the event of discrepancies, you will work closely with the Service Director to make corrections
• You will review and approve product exchange requests in close cooperation with the Service Partners
• You monitor payments to our Service Partners and ensure that they are in line with the terms of the contract
• You take care of the order management of spare parts and accessories for Service Partners and wholesalers and are the central contact person in Customer Service for these target groups
• You act as an interface to the European headquarters, ensuring a smooth flow of information and supporting communication between departments
• You check technical information and clarify problems or information about our devices

• Previous commercial or technical training with good commercial know-how
• Experience in finance and order management or similar administrative activities
• Experience in managing employees or small teams is an advantage
• Good written and spoken German, French and English
• Very good PC skills, especially in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Analytical skills and the ability to remain calm even in stressful situations
• A strong customer focus and the ability to work efficiently and in a structured manner
