Synopsis
Do you have a portfolio of successful design projects specifically targeted at kids and/or teens? Do you love to work in education? Are you experienced in working in print and digital design? We are looking for a resourceful, ambitious and above all creative designer, that will make an impact in the life of our students in China and Indonesia. You will be part of Creative Studio, a central team of Creative Leads based in Switzerland. We are a team of creative directors, art directors, senior designers and a strong network of freelances. We are the IP creators. We curate and oversee every creativity across the organisation and guide our partners. We are the guardians of our brand working closely with team leads - across brand, academic, systems, customer experience, school design, marketing and operations and attracting and recruiting top-tier creative talent across art direction, copy, videography, photography, motion graphics and graphic design continuously monitoring bandwidth and expertise needs.
The Role
With the guidance of the Creative Leaders, you will be responsible for the execution from concept of various design projects including but not limited to:

Branding design
Product design & Merchandise
School graphics
Digital design
Requirements
Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably working in an office environment
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work with some projects aimed towards kids and teens
Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design)
Understanding of visual elements (compostion, layout, typography, color theory) Excellent sense of typography and illustration skills is crucial
Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
Good command of the English language
Experience with motion graphics and familiarity with UX/UI design principles is a big plus

Work environment and Conditions
This role is a hybrid office-home position and requires weekly commute to our office based just outside Lucerne. The role may require occasional travel for meetings or events to Asia.
