About the role

Job Description:

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
• Support talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and employee development plans.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on various HR topics.
• Work collaboratively with the HR team to support organizational development and change management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR or people management roles.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Highly preferred:

• Passion for promoting a positive organizational culture and an inclusive work environment.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems and task trackers.
