About the role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Job Description
  • Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through various channels.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Preparing and delivering engaging presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to create effective sales collateral.
  • Tracking sales metrics and reporting on performance against targets.
Qualifications
You have:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar sales role, preferably in the fintech or tech industry.
Highly preferred:
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English.
